Fattal’s flagship boutique hotel, the 26-room Bachar House, will soon be relaunched under the 7Minds brand, which currently includes three other leading boutique hotels in Tel Aviv (four new hotels are now under development):
Hotel Nordoy, established in 1925, is the oldest active hotel in the city and was recently voted the most beautiful hotel in Tel Aviv. The 22-room hotel was fully renovated in 2017 and includes a deli restaurant, lobby, spa treatment rooms, and rooftop terrace overlooking the Nachalat Binyamin market.
Sam&Blondi on Sheinkin Street is an urban concept hotel with a difference. This heritage building, designed in an eclectic European style, dates back to the 1930s and includes 45 guest rooms as well as a cafe, spa treatment rooms, and a rooftop jacuzzi with incredible views.
CUCU Hotel brings a breath of fresh air to Dizengoff Square at the heart of Tel Aviv, with 33 creatively designed guest rooms, lobby, cafe, spa treatment room, and charming urban courtyards all brimming with color and personality.
Assaf Fattal, Fattal Group Business Development Manager, commented: “Adding these boutique hotels to the chain not only offers our loyal guests another attractive hospitality option, but also broadens our appeal to other diverse audiences by presenting a truly unique, high-end hosting experience.”
Oren Pascal, 7Minds founder, agreed: “We are thrilled with this new partnership and thank the Fattal chain for their trust in us going forward. We are confident that this winning combination will grow into a premium boutique hotel brand in Israel and worldwide.”
