Change is also afoot in the Dead Sea region. Following years of stagnation, the Israeli Ministry of Tourism and Israel Land Authority recently awarded Fattal a coveted tender to build a beachfront hotel in the brand new tourism area between Ein Bokek and Hamei Zohar.
